My husband and I are looking to move up to South Manchester and keen to find out more about Cheadle Hulme and Heaton Moor. What are they as places to live? Things to do as a family? Schools? Thanks.

You're in the wrong section OP!

Both are nice areas....I grew up there. Heaton Mersey nice too, Bramhall and Poynton (which I've clearly forgotten how to spell having had three attempts). I tried moving back after a relationship breakdown but it was too cold and rainy. But if you're used to the weather up there it will be fine.
