Help with Gov childcare website - tax free childcare

Can anyone help with the gov childcare website, I already have a 30 hours free code for one child but need to also now set up tax free childcare. However I can find no way of doing this, am I missing something? I’ve been able to set up TFC for an older child and am now stuck. I can see this being a phone call to HMRC unless I’m missing something obvious?

I use both the 30 free hours and tax free childcare and received confirmation of both via message in my childcare account. The people on the helpline can sort it for you if you are getting confused, it's not very user friendly that website in my experience. Good luck!

Thanks, think will try to get hold of them tomorrow, problem may be that I already have the 30 hour code but now need to go back and apply for TFC. Stupidly confusing website

Please help - how do I set up the online account in order to pay childminder to get £2 from government for every £8 put in? How do you set it up? It’s crazy, I need an idiots guide 😂
