Uni students for childcare

Wondering about advertising for childcare at the local uni. I need afterschool care 3 days a week for kids aged 12, 9 and 5. 12 year old is very independent. Do you think uni students would be interested in working 3pm to 6.30pm 3 days a week? What kind of pay? We used to have a nanny and are also considering an au pair but it’s really only 10ish hours a week so was trying to think who this might appeal to and thought perhaps students.....I would pay for DBS and paed first aid ...
Anyone done this?

I guess it depends if the uni term dates are compatible with the school term dates and you can manage a bit of juggling if the students have exams or field trips which can't be changed.

Yes blue sky I could manage a bit of juggling but good point about term dates. Do unis nowadays have online places to advertise part time jobs?
