My babysitter is coming tomorrow night and am wondering whether I should give her a present or maybe a Christmas tip? (Realise a bit late but she’s been away for a couple of weeks)
What do you normally do? How much should I spend or give.
She’s 18 and has been quite reliable and very good with my girls.
However we do pay her well (usually around £10/hr) therefore don’t know whether it’s necessary or the done thing.
