Childcare and moving to the UK

Hello. I am wondering if anyone can shed some light on myself moving to Northampton with my 9 year old. Any advice? Where is a good location to move? I will be attending the university and working. I believe it is better to find a home and then find a school. Please let me know. Any parents out there that want to connect. My son has ADHD and dyslexia. Any schools you can recommend?
