Norland or LittleOnes?

I've been with both agencies as well as several others, does anyone have experiences with either? I don't know which canididates to look more closely at since I've been bombarded with so many options.

You won’t find a childminder through a nanny agency. Norland is a agency only for Norland Nannys so your gonna be paying a premium for that. Never used little ones.

Terrible experience with LittleOnes, wouldn't recommend at all.

Please avoid little ones like the plague. Dreadful.

You would get more answers in the Nannies section as people using Nanny's don't often look under the child-minder's section.
