just been reading an old thread (page 8 17th May '05!) with someone called OlivierGrace saying how she had got a job in a nursery but no CRB etc - Bundle was very suspicious and accused her of being a journalist (sp?). anyway, carried on reading more and a couple of other threads that OG had done and it suddenly (or slowly - I am quite slow today!) dawned on me that there was a whistleblower programme on that sort of thing a while back - last summer I think!

I know its got bugger all to do with anything you guys are discussing at the mo but thought I would post a thread about it anyway!!!! seems bundle was right to be a bit suspicious!!!!!!

I meant to ask - does anyone know/remember if she was the reported in whistleblower???

oh! interesting! i remember the programme.....shocking but unfortunatly not rare.

I know! the nursery nurses apart from 1 all taking their lunch at the same time and a nursery nurse who was meant to be supervising nap time had a kip herself!!!!!

yep i remember that prog well, didnt one baby get a severely burnt hand from a radiator?
having done a few years in nursery work i wish i could say it was rare but its not,a nursery is the last place i would put one of my children.
