Aupair not settled

I have an unusual case of an Aupair who is happy with us and really enjoying the experience. Her family (mum and sisters) are unhappy and want her to come back home. It appears she's the baby of the family and her mum is having a hard time. First week she was in tears because her mum called her crying.

She really wants to make a go of it but is obviously distracted, I am torn. She really wants to give it a go but it's starting to feel like I have another child to look after, she's 24 but has never been away before. This was her big chance! My children are older 11 and 13 and there's minimal childcare. What to do!

I would support her in staying a 24 year old needs to break away from the Apron strings. Is there any way mum could visit with a cheap B&B so she can see her daughter is safe? It must be worrying for her mum.
