what age for first au pair?

children are 2 and 3 but just thinking ahead. I thought maybe 4 and 5. when did you start your first and how was it?

Mine were 3.5, 6 and 8 when we had our first..but I was also around a lot too. 4&5 is fine. The only issue we had was with reading books as other speakers pronounce our phonics differently which the children found difficult when they were little.

2 and 5 worked fine for us
