do you mean like a contact form: including our prices our name and number etc?..i have this at front of my policies and have business cards with name and address which i also give out for them to keep in purse/bag/pocket

took me flaming ages, that must be the fourth of its kind, i adjust it all the time and add bits on..so what DO you need then???

just gave mine to new mum, she's just left deposit few mins ago, so dont mind having to print off a new copy as i have a nice non refundable deposit going into my account now
