I am just putting the finishing touches to my application - it has been the most difficult part of the entire process completing the form itself but i am almost there. One thing i am concerned about is the job history, I have put my job history in but for a few places i have no contact info as the companies were small and have since closed down (none of them were child related either) and i havent really stayed in touch with any of them. any ideas what i should put on the form?
