Over three days with lots of free time. In the south east but not in London.

It depends; are the days fixed every week? will they be free to seek employment on the other days - do you need them to be available for sickness and extra hours in the school holidays.

If you do need the above I'd just pay regular rates and top up the hours with some housekeeping stuff.

If not, £65ish?

Thanks underneath. It would be regular hours three days a week and their free time would be their own for work fun

I pay £60 for 15 hours a week but we're in Scotland so it's a bit cheaper here. I also pay for the language school so expect so flexibility/ help around the house.

When I searched for an au pair last summer most were only interested in the weekly figure, not the number of hours. So if you pay less, even though the hours are less, then you'll get significantly less interest.
