There are also some procedures for issues with the signup process. If you are struggling to sign up as a provider, then PM me. If you are a parent who cannot find your provider on the system and your provider has been able to log in to their provider account, PM me.
Some tips for finding a childminder or nanny on the system:
Enter in their URN and Postcode with just a single space between the two.
