Good morning Smile. Just looking for a little advice please. I am 35, I have 2 children of my own, a big boy 8 and a girl of 6. I currently have a good career in IT. I don't enjoy it and have been considering becoming a childminder as an alternative career. It's something I have always wanted to do and since my children have been going to a lovely childminder before school for a couple of years now it has has me wondering if it is something I should persue. So, how do you even start?

Contact your local authority early years department and they will tell you everything you need to know.

Good luck.
