Babysitting agency

Hi, Just mulling over the possibility of becoming a childminder but also noticed there are quite a few babysitting agencies out there.
I would love to try it out as it would be in the evening and perfect for me but i'm just wondering if they would only expect young people to apply as a babysitter.
I'm almost 40yrs old and have 2 young children under 6yrs but i could babysit other people's children a couple of times a week.
Anyone have any experience of this type of agency?
Thank you
AB

not personally, but I know someone who has done it. They think older women with children are WONDERFUL. (as would I, tbh) would rather have another mum looking after my los.
