who's listed on google? mine?

how do i make mine searchable? like if someone typed into google 'childminder chelmsford' why does mine not show up???

I was asking if it's mine you'd seen listed lots of times? If so, I'll come back and give you some tips. How long you had your site up and running?

Ok, type in Childminder in Shinfield. You will see me listed loads. Is this what you mean? If so, it takes time. Advertise at every online place possible - don't bother paying though! I have a list I use for when I advertise customers websites. It's on the office pc so after nappy changes and dinner, i'll dig it out. BUT, if you do what I said, look at what places I've advertised on and do the same for now. Some are local to me so no point but it's something to start with. It does take time to appear though so if yours is very new, just be patient

Came back as just had a thought. I moved recently so also try childminder in Spencers Wood as some I haven't changed yet. Also, when you advertise, sometimes putting local area's in brackets helps you appear in those searches too. Must dash

nally - you need to separate your meta keywords with commas not spaces (or line breaks). So at the moment you have

ofsted
childminding
chelmsford
essex
childcare
childminder

where you need
ofsted,childminding,chelmsford,essex,childcare,childminder with no space before or after the comma. That should help.

Also, becauase it's a groovy Flash site, the search spiders are only going to find one page.
