Childcare provider - please help!!

Hi all,

I'm going back to work following maternity leave however I was informed last week that my childcare provider is now unable to take my 7 month old daughter on as they won't be opening for another 4 months despite arranging settling in sessions 3 weeks ago.

Is there anyone that can recommend a childminder or kindergarten who may have availability in the Hertford area every Friday?

No idea about Hertford specifically, but your Local Authority will have a list of childcare providers. Google 'Family Information Service' and then the name of your LA.
Some areas have co-ordinators who try to keep up with CM vacancies, but even without that you will at least have a list of providers to start from.
