Hi all

I need an assistant for school holidays only. Any ideas how i would go about this, would you advertise etc.

How much should I pay.

is this so you can have more children in the hols? if so i think they would need to reg
or is it just to help you out without upping your numbers?

Montessori teachers, playgroup leaders, anyone who runs a course in termtime?

Pay depends on going rate, though presumably you're looking at offering fixed short term contracts?

I advertised in the Psycholgy dept of the local university (psych because I needed help with SN). Got loads of replied. Local teacher training/childcare etc colleges might be good places to tray.

i am registered for 4 under 5 with an assistant but numbers during school hols are 3 under 5s now, as it all got to busy. but numbers in hols are going to increase and would like a hols asst only. obviously she/he will have to fill out cm2 and crb. will try colleges thanks
