Virtual baby

Hi. I was wondering if anyone knew where you could hire a virtual baby in the UK? I want to practice looking after a baby before I have my own and I think that a virtual baby would be beneficial. Please don't suggest helping a new mother with an actual baby. I only want to know how you can hire a virtual baby. As it's just me, I also need to be able to hire just one.

Contact these people: www.lifechoice.co.uk/the-babies/ and they may be able to help

Hi,
Seems like you already have your mind made up but I'll say it anyway.

I had one of these Friday-Monday during my college course. I named her Gracie, I got more attached than I would like to admit (face palm)

However, I now work with real life babies and children and have a lot of experience with them. I can honestly say it is completely different to the real thing. They are worlds apart.

Just a heads up x

I can't help you with your original question but I found this podcast really interesting and thought you might too:

I think practice with a virtual baby while being nothing like a real one will help you to be more confident with your own.

Even looking after my sisters children didn't help prepare me for my own, but the practice helps you believe you can do it.
