Hi, has anyone used this agency - their fees are extremely high - for specialist nanny. any advice please?

I haven't used them, but I've heard so many good things from different people that I frequently recommend them.

There was a poster here a while back who used to post constantly about their nanny problems, must have been through at least 20. They went to SNAP and I haven't seen a post from them in at least 3 years! Not sure if that's because they're finally happy with their nanny, but I like to think so!
