Do you have a script or something when people phone up for an enquiry? I find myself babbling or muddling through, and I doubt this presents confidence and capability.

How do I take charge of the conversation?

I feel like I am going to talk everyone out of seeing me!!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
mykidzrmyworld · 12/02/2007 14:55

This is the questions I ask

How old is your Child?
What hrs are you looking for?
What school does your child go too?
When are you looking to start?

If i can accomadate the above I explain its best they come around the hse for a visit and see me and my family.

I also ask them if they have access to internet to look at my website as it gives them more of an insight!
Arrange time/date and done really!

Thank you all once again- Shosha, can you send me your list so I can cross reference?

What would I do without you all?

OH, and I just had another call but it's 3 children p/t and I only have two spaces plus it would have been a logistical nightmare for the school run.

I hate saying turning people away!
