Childminder or nannyshare needed in LONDON W12

My DS will be 6mo in April when i will need childcare four days a week, 9am - 6pm. I would love to find a CM local to me that will look after him in a kind of 'yummy mummy' way - no tv; organic food (i am happy to provide); lots of walks and reading, singing and playing...
Or I'd love to find a family with similar ideals and we can share a nanny. I'd actually prefer this option i think...
any ideas please post - i put an ad on the nannysharers website and there's NO ONE in my area, so i'm getting a bit worried!

Hi Boozy, have you tried the noticeboard in Ravenscourt Park cafe? Either check out the ads or post one yourself - ime gets the most nanny traffic in the area. Good luck!
