I'm thinking of looking for an au pair, just to help out with light housework, a couple of hours babysitting each week during termtime, and a few hours per day entertaining/ferrrying kids about during school hols. And mainly so I can relax about the useless trains and know that I have back up if I get stuck on the way home.

I'm looking for recommendations for websites/agencies for recruitment. I've thought of gumtree but that's all!

Also, I would be interested in any tips/advice about employing au pairs.

Thanks.
