Babysitter rates

I live in the West Midlands and we have a sitter coming on Friday from 17:30 till midnight. How much should I pay him? What's the going rate these days?

Depends:
Experienced nursery nurse/childminder/qualified person, ask them what their rates are £8-£10 ph ish. Through an agency probably more.
14 yr old from next door £5 per hour.
