Tips for skype interviewing au pairs?

I have set up skype calls with 4 possible au pairs tomorrow. Obviously I know a bit about them already and have sent lots of information about us and our expectations. What should I be asking? Anything particular to look out for?
DH is highly sceptical as many seem to be very religious and don't like drinking or clubbing...

Best AP I had was religious and didn't go clubbing so that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Think about the questions you want to ask, be clear about what the role includes and let them ask questions too.
