What are the best websites or companies to use when finding a nanny? Thank you

We found our best nanny when we advertised in Gumtree (and then arranged for an agency to register her for disclosure checks). If you want to use an agency I would suggest asking around locally to see who people recommend - IME they vary quite a bit.
