Anything missing from Nannytax contract?

We are starting with a lovely nanny (thanks for everyone's advice on net vs gross!).

Is there anything you'd recommend adding to the standard Nannytax contract? I heard someone mention there are things they would add. She's part time (works for another family half of the week).... I don't anticipate problems but of course nobody does :-)

Be very clear about holidays. There may be different options for how holidays are handled. If you go on holiday more than your nanny is entitled to have off, do select the option to still pay them. Any lay off clause should not be used to enable you to go on holiday and not pay your nanny.

Look through the contract. Try to be as fair as possible. Contracts do tend to be one sided so it will be more in your favour but where you can do so, do make it fairer, such as in the holiday example above.
