Some do, I dont but thats because I work weekend evenings at another job so could nt do those evenings, I would imagine it would be quite expensive, I would charge time and a half which would £4.50 per hour but I reckon most would be more. If you look on CIS website it tells you if they do it on there, or go to OFSTED website and type in your postcode it will bring up reports and it says on there, but not what they charge. HTH

I do overnights for £25 from 8pm until 8am including breakfast and shower/bath if requested, and charge my normal hourly rate for any hours either side.

fannyannie · 03/01/2007 15:32

thanks you 2 - £25 isn't too bad - I'mm thinking of it as a possibility when I eventually go back to work in 2008 - it would probably only be 3 nights a fortnight (6 nights a month) as DH would have them the other 3 nights in the fortnight. I suppose prices would vary depending on where in the country you are.

Just wanted to make sure it wasn't just make believe on the TV before thought about it as a serious option LOL.

£25 sounds like a good deal, IMO.

Twoandabump · 03/01/2007 15:47

I just keep charging the normal rate for when I do mine. (£30 for 12 hours)

If I had a lo that was a one off I would charge the antisocial rate. I have been lucky with the ones that I have had as they have just fitted in round my 2, so no problems. May have charged more if she hadn't slept for most of it though
