happy new year to all childminders, nannies and au pairs

this is the year we all get tough
no more being stood on
no more being a pushover
we set our fees and we stick to them

..yeah was saying same thing last night..and i must chill out mroe and stop trying to 'bring them up'!!..thats the parents job!

..am bac today, but just with one mindee and just until lunch time, then 10-4 all week..next week both children back and back to normal hours!..gunna contact cis this week and local cm groups cos i need some more children
