Hi.

My wife has a new job and I work long hours but we are struggling to find a childminder who will do 7:30 -1 one week and 1-7:30 pm the following week.

Anyone know any child minders in the area or any suggestions. My son is 18 months old

You'll almost certainly have to pay for both slots every week as the CM won't be able to fill the other half alternating weeks.
