Terminating nanny's employment

If you have employed a nanny for less than a year, is it possible to terminate their employment on whatever notice is stated in the contract without having to state a reason for the termination? She's just not working out...
Contract says either party can give 2 weeks notice. Of course I would pay her the notice and accrued leave...

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

As long as it's not for any discriminatory reason, then yes, you can give notice.
People only acquire unfair dismissal rights after 2 years

Thanks Framboisier - I assure you no discrimination!
