Car Insurance for nanny

I'm trying to put our nanny on our car insurance but it's proving difficult! She hasn't been in the UK long and has a licence from overseas. Is it possible to do?! Our current insurers and a couple I've tried have rejected on the basis of time in UK and non UK licence.
I'm sure I'm not the first one to try to do this! Any tips for companies much appreciated. TIA

Admiral is best, we have au pairs - but it doesn't make a lot of difference for insurance purposes. We have a golf, but need over 22 and with 3 years driving experience to make the premiums manageable. Plus they must have no no claims and no points on licence.

Thanks for the tip, will try them.

can she/he take her driving test here?

Does that help?
I've lived in her country before and bought and insured a car without a problem. She's 27 so not that young.
