I am struggling to find the right nanny. Who do you recommend as being the best agencies. I need the best of the best nanny for a household of 4 children with an awful lot of logistics and organisation. Happy to pay whatever needs to be paid for someone who will stay for a long time and will make the house run like clockwork. Thank you in advance.

Depends where in the country you are. There are london based agencies who will cover the whole country and then there will be local agencies who may or may not have better candidates. I live/work in Surrey and always go to the local ones when looking for a new post.

For a live-out nanny I would go with a local agency.
Why are you struggling to find someone, is there a lack of people in your area or are you getting lots of applicants but they do not meet your criteria?
