Nanny needed

Hi all,

My partner and I are looking to recruit a nanny. Really reluctant to go through gumtree again as we had a bad experience. Are there any nanny agencies within the St Albans area? And if so, can anyone recommend whether they are any good? Looking for an agency with reasonable prices and with a guarantee that they will find someone who is well suited for our family. Does this nanny agency even exist?!!

The only one I've dealt with personally is Julie at Hawthorne's - lovely lady who works hard to make sure nanny + job are matched well.

The other agencies I've heard nannies in the area mention - particularly Pumpkins.

Sorry, no idea what any of their fees are like though.
