I'd never use BDs. From what I've seen, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Some years ago, childminders raised the question of security with the owner on this very board. He answered us so rudely, it made many of us vow never to go near him or his site again.

Hi, Im due to go back to work in a couple of months and have found a really nice nursery, they record the childrens progress via an online system called Babysday but im not 100% sure im happy with my childs data being stored on line , I was wondering, does anyone else have a child in a nursery that use Babysdays and how have you found it?
