Help....what do you do when the assistant is off sick OR is about to go in for major surgery. not her fault i know but i am soooooo worried

i will have to try and get a replacement. so pxxxxd off. trying to get part time asst to come in full time.

do you go to minder groups etc? or have an area co-ordinator that can help you sort this out?
