Hi,
Sorry if this question has been asked before, but what is going hourly-wage for live-out nannies? we currently are doing a nanny-share but the nanny is self-employed, don't know how she managed that. Will be looking for a new nanny soon and am realising self-employed nannies don't exist!

This may help to give a guide as to salaries in different areas. NannyTax Salary Survey 2005, Published January 2006

Always better I feel to offer a Gross salary, then you know what you are paying out.
