Here is the trial evaluation for those who are interested

Thanks. I was interested, but as usual it's just a load of waffle.

I'm struggling to find any benefit at all to the agencies. Talk about re-inventing the wheel! None of them is offering a single thing that isn't already in place.

All that money wasted!

Wasting money is so much easier than using it sensibly though, to fund things like early years education properly.
