Two siblings the 3 yeatr old tells me when he was sick yesterday toast made him better then the baby has had 3 green horrid ( bot that they can ever be nice) nappies in the last 4 hours ,, How would you play this i do have policies but dont want to seem over reactive as it is their 1st day why are these things always awkward
