Hi all, I have just started childming, well will be in October and am currently interviewing potentials. I have been very fortunate in that everyone I have met so far are absolutely lovely and so are the parents. My dilemma is how do I choose who I take (if they like me of course).

If they decide they don't want my services, it will actually make it so much easier for me to make up my mind. How did you all do it? I am not looking forward to phoning any up and saying that I have taken another family. Arrrggh! HELP!! I really like a mindee who will only be coming for 2 days a week. So then I can only really have another 2 dayer or a 3 day but obviously not on the same days, but so far they are on the same days.... hope this makes sense!
I am trying to explain to my friends and partner to help me make my mind up but they can't quite grasp the certain ages at any one given time... I like them all. Sorry just needed to get that out there...

Or ask if either child has some flexibility in the days?
