would you take a nanny post with a family , who not in a hurry to get a DBS/CRB check done, and would only apply for one if the post became longterm.
The family are not using an agency and have placed an ad on Childcare.

I 'm interested in what others think and any suggestions.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

The family aren't in a hurry? Why do the family do one? It's up to the nanny to get one, or have I miss understood?

Up to parents if they want someone without a recent DBS.

Would be more concerned that the job may not be longterm.
