Just read this months and the girl who is setting up as a childminder, gosh is she dull. She is probably a nice girl but actually it just sounds like she doesn't really wan't to be one and it is just a time filler to keep her hubby quiet while she just has babies 
I have done my level 3 before I was a CM but I think if I hadn't i'd be quite offended by her sweeping statement over CMs in other boroughs who haven't done theirs.
Oh well off my soap box now - hubby says I let far too much wind me up
