Any advice please !!!!!

Hi just wondered if anyone could give me some advice, i have an after school child that has now gone up to secondary school. I have said to his mum that i will do the school run on a trial basis as i need to get my own children to a different school. I started last week and the traffic is terrible and puts an hour on my journey every day and im finding it really difficult. Any ideas on how to let her know that i just cannot do it!!!! Feel really bad as she does not drive and has no one else to take him. Any advice would be great. Thanks

is there not a school bus?
could you drive him to the bus stop?
as you have already said to mum it was for a trail basis but its not working so dont feel bad

Thanks dmo, no school bus and mum does not think old enough to get bus, but i did only say it was a trial run so will have to explain tom Thanks
