Hi, this is my first post so please bear with me!!
I am a 23 year old nanny with 3 and a half years nannying experience, I also have 2 years nursery nurse experience previously!
As I'm looking for a new job I'm just wondering how much I should ask for per hour (net)?
I would like to earn £9nph as I will be reducing my hours, but not sure if this is too much!
I will be looking around Virginia water, Staines, Egham, Chertsey, Weybridge!
At the moment I am earning £6.98 nph Hmm and have been advised that this is a low wage.
Would really appreciate any help! Grin
Thanks xx

In our area it can vary 7-13 gross, which is quute a big range.
A lot of jobs are part time so get used to gross pay as you may be doing 2 jobs.

Example local job in the village I work in is offering 8.50 net, probably around 10.50 gross Job Near Chertsey

You currently probably make around 8 pound 15 an hour gross (Assuming standard conditions and a 40 hour week).

Amounts to 17k ish a year.
