I have one child in the holidays only & just charge for the contracted time. I also have before & after school children who are term time only & as I like being quieter in the holidays I don't charge them a retainer.

Same as badgerhead I just charge for contracted hours, use a booking form for each holiday & take money upfront which is non refundable !

If it's a full time school child I just charge for the days they want. They book and pay at the beginning of the holidays.
