Does it absolutely have to be Spain? Does your daughter realise that youth unemployment in Spain is over 50%? Spanish youth are desperate for any kind of job at all so she is going to face stiff competition.

If you google something like 'au pair vacancies Spain' there does seem to be quite a lot of agencies with current vacancies. To get a position that combined au pair/nanny with equestrian groom maybe a bit more difficult. Try sites like Yard and Groom.

Sites like aupairworld and greataupair if she's not already on them. I agree that Spain will probably be tough though.
