just how indepth should these be? mine are quite basic and i am in the process of changing them.....but have become very confused, they seem to short, or to long? does anyone use the ncma ones and in what way should i alter them. all this paper work is driving me mad

well your all very clever and the staff policies are handy for my assistants.
