London nanny agencies that keep nannies as employees (and pay their tax)?

Hello all. My family moved to London for my husband's job and I am currently interviewing. When I do find a job we'll likely need a nanny for at least a short period of time while we wait for a nursery place to open.

Can anyone recommend any London nanny agencies that keep nannies on their payroll and therefore pay the nanny's tax and NI, etc.?

Please let me clarify that we are not trying to avoid paying a nanny a fair wage. We would only hire a nanny if we were 100% compliant with tax codes, but frankly, the thought of being an employer is intimidating and ideally the nanny would be with us under a year. We'd love to just pay a higher hourly rate to an agency and not have to worry about taxes, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Asquith nannies is the only one I know of, not sure what areas they cover. Think it is a combination of nanny and nursery so that may or may not suit you.

TINIES also do it but via their emergency childcare company so sure they don't do permanent nannies

If all it is worrying you to sort out the tax then use a company. Nannypaye are good - google a few and see what suits your needs - most charge about £100 a year to do it all

We used Nappy Valley Nannies when we needed a temp nanny
