Just checking how much per hour are CMs charging to work on Saturdays, is there a minimum of hours and where about you are.
Clients/ex clients/non regular clients, any difference in fees?
TIA

It depends on your area! I would charge a minimum of 3 hours at £10ph for weekend work.

BarbieCan · 15/05/2014 21:18

Normal rate here for weekdays is £8/hour minimum..

£10p/h in london

Artandco · 15/05/2014 22:03

I think you will find £10 is max you can charge. Most nannies offering private care will only charge £12hr even at weekends in london

BarbieCan · 15/05/2014 22:21

I don't want more than £10/h.
The problem is people thinking this is too much but still wanting me to provide the service.

You tell them your rates. If they want need you they will pay and Moan

I've charged £24ph once as was a bank holiday and my contract at the time said hb double pay - they chose to have me - I didn't demand to work

I have a minimum rate of 4hrs even if user for less then that as not worth my time - esp if bs and they go out for 1.5/2hrs

HSMMaCM · 15/05/2014 23:12

I'm always double time at weekends. Overnights and days from 6pm Friday to 8am Monday are double time.
