i have my T&C almost ready and printed off for OFSTED in morning as well as forms to be signed reg medication, day trip etc..forgive me for sounding dumb..but should i have something that in more proffesioanl wording basically says, i here by agree that xx xx(my name) has my authorisation to care for xx xx(my child) at the hours agreed and have read aand understood the terms and condition which i am happy to abide by..??or something to that effect

I just use the NCMA contracts, child record form, a form to say ok to do trips, to apply suncream, to play with equipment in my garden, that I have a cat and the photo permission form.

If any of these apply and you don't have anything, let me know and I'll email you a copy!

well i have most of my other stuff typed out, but i cant get ncma paperwork until im registerd or shortly before...if you could email a copy of the contracts id be mega pleased!

I use NMCA contract & child record forms then I have a contract addendum which has lots of permissions & policies - if you contact me (either CAT or thro' my website) I'll let you have a copy
